Cookies Policy.

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device to remember information between page loads or visits. They are widely used to make websites work properly, to keep you signed in, and to gather analytics that help operators improve their products.

We also use related technologies — local storage, session storage and pixel tags — and for the purpose of this policy we treat them all as “cookies”.

We use cookies to:

• Keep the site working and the booking flow secure.
• Remember preferences you set (e.g. service shortcuts you’ve viewed).
• Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
• Help us measure the performance of our marketing and the experience we deliver to you.

Strictly necessary cookies. These keep the site running — for example, holding your booking session and protecting against fraud. The site will not work properly without these and they cannot be turned off in our preferences UI.

Functional cookies. These remember choices you make to give you a better experience (e.g. remembering you have applied as a hero so you see the right CTA).

Analytics cookies. These help us understand how visitors interact with the site (anonymously and in aggregate). We use this data to improve content, navigation and performance.

Marketing cookies. These may be set by our advertising partners to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. We do not set marketing cookies until you have interacted with the booking flow.

Some cookies are set by third parties whose tools we use:

• Analytics providers — for understanding aggregate site usage.
• Payment processors — for secure card handling during checkout.
• Map and address providers — for looking up Auckland addresses on the booking form.

These third parties have their own privacy and cookies policies. We recommend you read them if you want to understand their practices.

Most browsers let you view, manage and delete cookies. You can usually find these settings under Preferences or Settings → Privacy.

Be aware that blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the site (especially booking). Blocking analytics cookies will not stop the site from working but will reduce our ability to improve it.

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal to websites. There is no industry-wide standard for how to respond to this signal, so we currently do not respond to it. We will update this section if that changes.

We may update this Cookies Policy as our practices change or as the law evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when it last changed.
